What Next for Liz?

As I continue to talk to Liz about her eviction a friendship is forming. I have agreed to be her advocate as the landlord has served her with "Notice of Dispute Resolution". So on Feb 7th a conference call with the RTB will go ahead. The landlord will be seeking an order of possesion. BC Housing has now given Liz a written offer to transfer her subsidy to "Private Market". The outcome we expect is that the landlord will be granted the order. Liz is continuing to seek other accomodations  this will still be difficult due to the eviction.
I'd like to acknowledge that Jagrup Brar took the time to respond to an email from me regarding Liz. For those who don't know who he is he's an MLA for Surrey-Fleetwood who took the "Welfare Challenge" to live on welfare for the month of January and do it on $610.00 per month.
